Rear Driveshaft Slip Yoke

I need ya'lls opinion, as the FSM is unclear. On the rear DS of an 80 series, is the slip yoke installed towards the transfer case or towards the rear differential?

Actually doesn't matter from what Tom says at http://www.4xshaft.com/ But I personally keep mine up at the x-fer case to keep it cleaner and protected.
