Thanks, that helps. It's a 96, front locks no trouble, rear light just flashes. Although it feels like it may be trying to engage, you can feel it when turning. Like the pin isn't going in the whole way.

What have you tried so far? Simplest is running figure 8's on gravel or loose dirt.

and make sure to start and stop completely several times while doing the figure 8's. also try a little reverse, then forward, reverse forward.
