Rear bumper/tire carrier that opens simultaneous with back door. Does it exist?

I will also say that departure angle on a GX is really NBD. I have the OEM Class IV trailer hitch and it makes a great skidplate. The hitch will just drag over a rock ledge when you are descending something. It makes a jarring noise and a harsh sensation, but does nothing to the GX other than add some scrapes to the bottom of the metal in the hitch. Also, I've never once wacked my rear hitch around here on our MO trails (dirt trails with rocky sections) but did wack the rear several times on Moab trails. The biggest limitation with a stock GX is limited ground clearance (our Outback had more stock-to-stock than my GX), but that is easily rectified with a lift (where I'm not at 11" up front). It takes a pretty serious trail rig to benefit from a real bumper, IMO, which is why I will also do F&R lockers prior to a bumper.
