The left door upper hinge on my KZJ78 is sagging about one quarter inch. I haven't removed the rubber cover yet but it's definitely done!

I figure it's b/c of the ladder and how often me ... or my crazy kids, have been on the roof.

I found a full set, all 4, on ebay uk delivered for 100 euro's.

Anybody have some locally (Ontario) or is there an easy fix?

If you put some washers/spacers between the hinge and the body, on the bottom hinge this will tilt the door up. But will also by the same spacer thinkness bring that portion of the door closer to the other door. My large right door began to sag over time, so I put some washers behind the lower hinge and presto problem solved with no money out of pocket :D.

pull the rubber cover off and take a look. Mine the pin was worn out so I just picked up a set of new pins and bushings from the HELP stuff from Dorman for some GM vehicle drilled out the old stuff bushed it and installed the new . once the rubber cover was back on you couldnt tell I replaced it and I dropped about $10 for the kit

I've fixed one of mine so far - it's a bit tedious but not difficult.
Remove the hinge and cut the pin to separate the halves. Pound and drill out the remains of the pin. I drilled and tapped for a 3/8 stainless bolt and reassembled with plenty of grease. I hate mixing metric and SAE fasteners but I couldn't find a 10mm bolt easily and quickly. Bushings would be ideal but that would be trickier. You will need one or two washers as well to fill the saw kerf you created by cutting the pin.
The fix is holding, and can be easily regreased by pulling the bolt. I can live with the exposed bolt more than the sagging door.
