Rear Axle Seal Replacement.. How many bananas!

The 100's drivers side rear axle seal is leaking... How tuff to replace?

I need to get a FSM bought.

Happend on my Sequoia (twice) - both covered under warranty - somehwere around $800, I believe. That's probably a fully loaded quote, though since it was under warranty.
