The V6 1GR covers Euro 6. There are legit ways to import and register brand new Land Cruiser 76 with it to Europe, so there might be hope for the 300. On the other hand that motor is underpowered for this truck.

Yeah, I'm sure they will sell the russian spec 300-series here in the Netherlands as a grey import.
There are plenty of 2016+ 200-series that you can buy legally here in the Netherlands even though Toyota stopped selling them officially a few years ago.
I've seen a few 2016+ models driving around here in Amsterdam.
