They are different types and volumes.

It's here if you search, there are also full Factory Service Manuals online.

Outboard joint takes the larger packet of grease, inboard takes smaller packet.

Here are the details (From the 05LX FSM but confirmed it's the same oz. numbers in the 98 FSM):
Inboard Joint Grease capacity: 293 - 303 g (10.3 - 10.7 oz.)
Outboard Joint Grease capacity: 368 - 378 g (13 -13.3 oz.)

I don't remember for sure but I assume whatever numbers you see are either in grams or in ounces and should correspond to the numbers above.

thanks guys i did search but it was taking to long (crappy att) anyway the tubes dont really have any thing to diff?? I was trying to figure out which tube goes to which side?

Yep, the larger one with the cone goes in the smaller outboard end, it's not fun. the smaller one goes in the inboard. I caked some into the boot and the rest into the inboard tulip and then installed the cage/bearings into the grease and wiggled it around a bunch, all good. Hint, roll the bearings in the grease and stick em in the cage to help hold them in place.

mucho gracias everyone (i was in mexico last week) hey do they sell the grease alone or do you have to buy the kit? if so anyone have the part number??
