Real time help. Rear bumper install

What is this? Drivers side rear. Part of air suspension? 4x4 labs bumper contacting bracketry so cant align holes to bolt up. Thanks

Not sure what exactly it’s called, but after I did the spring conversion, I chucked all that stuff.

Thanks! Got around it. Used sawzall to cut bracketry.

Looks like the air compressor. Take it off and sell on eBay.
