Real time help -- no CEL, won't start

Truck chugged going up hill and died to not start again. I checked everything I knew and noticed no CEL. Verified with code reader and I get a no link response. I jumped the EFI main relay and got the CEL back but still doesn't start.

I check pin 3 on the ECM and don't have 12v. What to do next?

Does it turn over? Have you check all other fuses? How about the battery?

I don't know how, the ECM isn't getting power.

Truck is at dealer now.

I checked all of the fusable links except the pink one with the connector and the two were still good.
