Only if it's also 4x4, late model (01-04), has the TRD package and not just the sticker, no dents & clean interior, and what does the frame look like (i.e. is it black or covered in rust), etc.
What is the blue book?
How long have they been trying to sell it?
Tire condition?

what year? is there still warranty left? carfax it. up here, ex cab trd's with low miles are still going for 18ish..so your price isnt too far off. make sure its a real trd. for that kinda money, id rather get a doublecab trd..but thats just me.
'03 with that few of miles is a steal even if it was in the midwest, do it.

Warranty is good til' 75,000 miles or 2011. Came with extra winter tires. It also has spray in bed liner. I her home. Dang! It's weird to drive a truck that has more than 90 horsepower... like my 83.
The seller was retired. Original owner. Selling because the clutch was messing with his bad back. I think I made out good. Not a stellar deal, but got the truck for a decent price. I worry too much about "too good to be true" deals anyway.
Blue book was about 17,000 with all the bells and whistles, not including the warranty.

i love those trucks...i think you got a great deal. They seem to hold their value.
I had a 92 Xtra cab 4x4, bought it new, and sold it in Nov 98 with a little over 100K for $10K......so i think you did ok...
