Reading/Map light (2 Viewers)

Hi guys, I am looking for ideas for a reading light for the that won't bother me at night. It should be permanent and out of the way when not in use. Ideas and photos would be of great help! When she's reading the yap-pers not moving! AHH Peace!

Ride around in your friends' luxury cars to get some ideas, then order some DIY LEDs from superbrightled.com and get custom. BMWs have some cool discrete lighting. You get the idea.

IdahoDoug installed some sort of OSRAM cop light...search for him and that. There was a thread.

My notable contribution was the fact of glare off the shiny pages onto the windshield in front of may become annoying...though I don't know if that would be more annoying than the yammering... YMMV?

(Another strategy would be to find a junked later model Lexus, and latch onto their overhead sunroof control module...a lot of these have a nice directional driver/passenger maplight integrated right in. Trying to find one of those for my truck, and a slightly different one for the second row passengers, too.)
