READ ME: Private Section access updated

Member access to the private section has been updated.

As discussed at our meeting 6March2013, members in good standing and able to vote in club affairs must be up to date with their dues with both the TLCA and the CLCC. Currently, only members in good standing will have access to the private section.

Members in good standing, having access to the private section and qualify to vote include the following:

Otherwise you are out of date with either the TLCA or CLCC dues, or not members of one or both. If you want to pay your dues use the paypal option on the capitallandcruiserclub.org website and/or navigate to the tlca.org website for membership information.

All those with active CLCC membership please send request to join private section. New rules modified to grant access to every CLCC member regardless of current TLCA status. I will individually pm/email every person that does not currently have private section access that now qualifies.

for those that recently joined or updated their membership please take advantage of the private section.

send a request by navigating to the "User CP" in the upper left hand screen under the forum section tabs.

locate the list on the left hand side of the user cp, then find and click on "Group Memberships" under the Networking title.

you should see a list of all groups in the center of the screen. Locate and send request to join the "CLCC" group. You will be prompted w/ an option to type a message and send request. click on send request.

Then PM me to let me know who you are if we have not met and that your request is awaiting approval. I am not notified of requests and have to manually check them, which I do not always do daily.

to my understanding at least Ryan and Eric are authorized access, but have not yet sent request to join the private section. I"m sure there are others.

I do not have a current roster so we're operating on the honor system. If i know you then your request will hold greater weight.
