Just joined OSNC and want to get more involved with other LC enthusiasts in the area. I picked up a triple locked 1993 FZJ80 with 300k a few months ago, and although she drives great - she burns 1 quart every 500 miles. Primary suspects are worn out valve seals.
I'm looking for a recommended machine shop that can head work and is, ideally, familiar with Land Cruisers. I've had BMW head work done at THOFF before, and it appears they do some Toyotas as well, but I'm interested in what you guys have to say.
