I have been doing tons of werk to my truck.

along those things was installing my CD player, and finding a place for a special box ;)

the radio is much longer than the other thing in the glove box. so i cut out the back of the box with my cut off wheel.
then used Thomas and Betts Ty-Raps. Tensile strength is 75 pounds. so they will stay put forever.

I used some duct tape to cover the too big of hole i made

You know that box belongs down near your feet right? How warm does it get?

it has room to breathe. and I dont key down for a long time ,usually. So it does not get that hot.

I was thinkin if i come across a squirrel cage fan, i will drill out a few large holes in the bottom of the glove box, cover them with some kind of mesh, and hook it up so the fan is on the out side of the glove box.

Just for safe measure. you know these things aint cheap.
