I am replacing the radiator in my 2007 w/ 182k. The foam gasket that is between the bottom of the radiator and the core support has partially come loose from the radiator over the years, and is soaked with oil from previous oil changes, so it is no longer usable.

I haven't been able to find any source for a part number for it. I tow a 5000lb camper almost every wknd, and need as much cooling help as I can get. I have seen another 100-series thread talking about the foam, but I think it is in a different spot and not nearly as thick as the foam in the 120-series.

In the event you are not able to find the part/part number, here is another alternative .......this option should be just as effective and probably cheaper.

I used some Foam Strip Insulation with backing tape found at your local hardware store. When I replaced my old Toyota with a new aluminum radiator, I had a 1/2" gap around the top and sides. I bought this type of foam insulation and I could tell it made a dramatic difference with cooling and directing air. Of course there are different heights and widths so you'll have to find something that fits. I was able to "stack" my foam and it sticks perfectly fine.

Hope this helps.
