What is does the brain trust recommend that I change when putting in a new radiator? I have 2013 LX 570 completely stock, daily driver with 130,300 miles. Everything on the truck is perfect and would like to get 200,000 miles before I trade it in!

New Genuine Toyota part number 16400-50384

This should be looked at by every 5.7 200-series owner:

I guess what I am asking is do you change the water pump, all the hoses, temp control……anything else while my mechanic is in there?

There is a parts list on the original radiator thread that bloc included for you above.. The list is complete and very good. They did miss one small hose at the front, but other than that it's complete.

I bought 8 items, but I think 10 is the right number

Radiator
No 1 radiator hose
No 2 radiator hose

Thermostat

Water pump
number 1 water bypass hose (new add)
Number 3 water bypass hose (new add) (had labeled 5, edit to 3)

Fan coupler
Fan pulley
Fan bracket

2 gallon Ella

Like is said above there is a parts list in the main thread. Search is your friend.
