Yesterday I replaced my 150K mile old radiator for a new one.
The job took me about 8 hours, for a total of 10 working on the rig on parallel projects. Those that you don't plan for, but since your're there you should do them.
The job was not too difficult. I'd say the hardest thing was removing the top nuts that hold the radiator. My TJM bumper was blocking the view to the nut and the headlamp makes getting a socket square on the nut a bit hard.
Putting back the nuts in place is just as hard.
Thanks to CDan and CruiserDrew for their help.
Regards
Alvaro
