I assume the 0.9 stamped on the cap is the pressure rating in bar so 13 psi correct? I’m using a pressure tester beforeI I fire her up after water pump replacement.

That does not appear to be OEM.
Correct. It’s not. I’m wondering what pressure rating is stamped on OEM cap. The FSM pressure test is 17.8 psi. I would assume the test pressure would be higher than the cap operating set pressure so that makes sense.

Pressure relief on the OEM radiator cap for a 2013 LC200 is 1.1 Bar (108 kPa, 1.1 Bar, 15.7 psi):

Glad I did the pressure test before starting it up. Found a leaking clamp.
