Broke all the brazes/welds on my OEM radiator. Think it's about 10 years old. Came from New Mexico via cruiser Dan, I think. Was working perfectly and still is, just with no attachments to the brackets. No leaks, either. Trying to upload video but it's not working yet.

I'd think any radiator shop could rebraze them for you as long as it doesn't start leaking.

If you can see the video, it shows core moving back and forth with little pressure. I've been looking around locally for a shop that brazes radiators, but does not seem to exist in my area. Also looking at new rads. Searched on Mud and the choice seems to be OEM which is expensive and is now plastic, CSF, 2 or maybe 3 row, Koyorad, which is mostly unavailable in Canada, or maybe Spectra, which is also plastic. Not sure the OEM is worth the money if it's plastic. I can throw a cheaper one in while I find a place that can fix the welds, or I can spend some $$ on the metal options. Any advice would be appreciated. It's a 1990 22RE, BTW.

I live in a fairly small town, and the region does not have a dedicated radiator shop that I have found so far. Maybe the Okanagan or Vancouver, but that will be 2 weeks before I can get there.

No torches. I would probably blow a hole in the tanks first try. I will keep looking for a shop locally. Going to Vancouver in 2 weeks, so I can try there. In the meantime, I'm looking at new rads. Nobody had chimed in on the ideal one. Kind of leaning towards CSF at the moment, mostly due to availability.

Don’t get the CSF. I know toast had an issue with one and I just pulled one out and it’s ruined. This is the lower rad inlet pipe and it crushed from me trying to get the hose off by hand. I was wiggling the hose up and down due to already tacoing an older one when trying to get the hose off by hand.
