Rack failure questions

I have a 2000 LC with signs of rack failure, leak & noise with handling issues. I was going to purchase parts & have a shop install. I know I need:

Rack # 44250-60050
X2 lock bolts # 90105-14121
X2 lock nuts # 90178-14003

Are bushings included? And is anything else recommend being changed at the same time?

New tie rod ends and whiteline or superpro bushings would benefit as I am tearing into this job this weekend.

I'd be sure to do bushings and boots while you have it off.

The boot on the PS of the rack is ripped around the circles. No noise but i can see signs of fluid, no dripping. Should i replace the bushings too? Or just the boot? Is there a kit and part number? 2001 lc.
