1978 FJ-40, I have owned this since 1995. 115k miles, runs very good, everything works. It has a current VA inspection and has been kept in my garage for the last 25 years. I drive it several times weekly as it is my fishing truck. I am reluctantly selling as my FJ 45 project is nearing completion and I will not have any room to keep both of them.
Pros:
Vehicle front floor, floor mid section, and rear sill were repaired with Steel in 2005. The vehicle was stripped down ( pictures available ) and painted the current white. It has aged but is holding up really well, not artistic but very solid. The Quarters and rockers have Aqulau diamond plate on them that I put on in 1996. They are painted to the body color. The areas under them are not perfect but are structurally sound. If you wanted to restore it to original the Quarters and rear sill could be replaced. The entire floor was rhino lined inside. The passenger side fender has a rust spot over the area where the fender brace is underneath. I have receipts for all work done since 2008. The vehicle has been serviced and modified by Iron Pig Off-road in Fredericksburg VA since 2008.

- Rear bumper and swing out tire carrier (IPOR). I also have the original tire carrier.
- Pro car front seats, I also have the original seats that are in great shape. Both jump seats are in good shape as well.
- Full STC snapless top with two piece doors.
- Aqualu drop down tailgate painted to the body color.
- ARB limited edition Hockey mask bull at no longer available.
- Front doors bottoms were replaced by IPOR and repainted to match vehicle color.
- Con Ferr port hole roof rack ( needs restoration) with 6 bull dog gutter clamps.
