Indeed there is, Sam.
I went out with my neighbor and some of his Jeep buddies to Red Cloud Off-Road this past Saturday. I think it was definitely worth the $30 price for a decent day of wheeling that's practically next door.
The place is run by a guy named Jim who also owns a tactical shop called 10-8 Duty Gear in Lorton. Although he's got a separate website for Red Could Off-Road, the calendar and sign up process is on his shop's site:

The link is all the way at the bottom of the left menu - "Jeep Events". That takes you to a calendar of open events. You can pick which one you want to sign up for and pay using Paypal right from their site. The day of you go to the shop first in Lorton to check in, then drive down to the site which you get to at the back of a commuter lot in Woodbridge. It looks like they do runs on Saturdays, Sundays and Friday nights. I don't see anything on the 11th, but they're doing a run on the 10th.
The wheeling itself isn't anything as challenging as you'd find up at Rausch, of course. No real rocks to speak of, but some off camber bits with ruts and twisty sections. Similar to what you'd find down in GWNF but with much shorter trails. If you feel the need to drive through a big mud hole, you can do that, too.
Here's a short video my friend took last Saturday. Nothing spectacular, but the narration is interesting.

As you'd expect, you'll find a lot of Jeep guys. I think I and a guy in a full size Ford pick-up were the only non-Jeeps there. If we wanted to do a closed CLCC day, we'd need to coordinate with Jim first to get on the schedule, but we're welcome to just pick an open day, sign-up and show up.
