Quick intro

Hello!
Just wanted to send a quick intro to the group and say hello! I run 82 BJ42, I've owned it for 20 years or so but lots of breaks in between. Recently I got back into it in January and have been running it as my everyday vehicle since. The forum has been very useful for troubleshooting. Hopefully i get a chance to meet some of you locally.

Thanks everyone for your comments. Hope to meet you in person at some point.
My LC was out of commission for a couple of weeks waiting for new glow plugs (yes, 14 v not 10.5v shown in Lordco system).It turns out I only had 2 out of 4 working.... that explains the big white puff in the morning! The truck starts just beautifully now.

Thanks for your note! The truck is running well for now although the roof is leaking like crazy with all that recent rain. I should have done more to prepare for the winter but oh well. Made it to Pacheena bay and back in one piece this summer so that’s something, right? It’s been too busy with work but still a pretty good everyday vehicle so far. I hope to get out fly fishing with this truck soon, maybe even a club run someday.

Cool. Pacheena bay is one of the nicest campgrounds I've ever stayed at.

Road sure sucks tho.
