"Bump" is what happens when Toyota Matt stays up 24 hrs straight shipping orders then flops his head on the table and spills the Red Bull.

bump is often a term used in the classifieds forum by a seller who still has parts available and wants exposure. Some will also type TTT which means "to the top"
