Hi all! New member here and thanks for welcoming me to this group. Anyway, I'm from Manila, Philippines and I have been loaned a 2004 LC100 V8 Dubai version. I am now trying to figure out two issues: 1) all interior lights do not work, bulbs are ok. 2) power doorlocks do not work, all pf them, not through remote, not through manual switch. I checked for voltage at the driver side actuator socket cycling lock and unlock and I get no voltage. I check the relays in the Junction box, all are good. I am now suspecting the BEM which leads me to my question. What else does the BEM control? Am I right to assume it controls the doorlocks and interior lights? If so, what else?

Thanks,
Philip

Does the power windows work (up/down)
I dont know what you mean by BEM - is it Body ECU you mean?

There should be 12 Volt constant for the interior light as well as the motors. The ECU provides the negative to light and doors (and most every thing else) the LC handles most electrical by having constant +12V and the switching is done on the negative side. I will look into the schematics again.
Does the side mirrors work?

Thanks! Yes, side mirror controls work.

in the instrument cluster (multi instrument in front of you) do you have warning light for open door?
behind the left hand side kick panel there is a fuse named "dome" 10A can you check if there is 12 Volt present?
There should be - with or without key turned
