Hey guys, so I think it's about time to replace my front coilovers and rear shocks. I have about 90,000 miles on my Ironman Foamcell setup, and I'm wondering what the best option for replacement would be. I haven't done too much research on current suspension parts lately, so I'd like to get some opinions. At this point, I'd like to find out what would give me the best ride and handling. My son will be driving my 200 a lot, so I'm not as concerned with the best off roading capabilities any more as much as I am with safety and ride quality. Not saying I don't care about off road performance, but I'd like to find out what are some good options. Should I stay with Ironman and just the new foamcell coilovers, or is there a better option out there? I think the BP51s are probably the best riding, but pricy. I'm sure anything I replace them with will be better, but would love to see your opinions. Thanks.

Foamcells can be rebuilt pretty affordably at home so that is an option.

For a primarily road going shock that still will crush off road, IMO it's hard to beat the bilstein 6112/5160 setup. Stick with their (bilsteins) stock load rated rear springs and the 3rd spring perch up front.

Thanks, I was actually thinking about the Bilsteins. Good to have some real world info.

Current 2008 has had the 6112s for the past 8 years and 100k miles. No complaints. One of the front shocks weeps a little, but it hasn't affected the ride yet.

I'm in the process of picking suspension for my new 2016, and I am leaning heavily that way. The only change I made was to run the OME 2721 springs because I had initially installed the 6112s with stock rear springs, and the rear springs were sagging under load.

The other consideration for me is the new OME MT64, but they're so new nobody seems to have them yet, but Slee does show in stock..
