question about ramsey winch

Tommorrow I can pick up a used Ramsey winch in working condition for $125.00
The man that owns it says it has the numbers 2000 -12 stamped into it
It s on a jeep CJ and I have seen it in person and it looks pretty beefy (Im hoping the 2000 doesnt mean pounds if so Im not buying, Im thinking there might have been a 1 in front of the 2 making it 12000 12

Anyone have any ideas or sugestions or know about this I know pictures are good but I dont have any

For $125 it's hard to go wrong. If it looks size appropriate for the truck, just buy it. That's pocket change. Post up some pics and go to Ramsey's website after you buy it.
