Hello,
I am looking at a 2013 LC that has 88K miles, good service history but has been running 22" wheels with Nitto street tires for the past year. Are there any specific things I should be on the lookout for regarding these wheels and the wear on the front drive line / suspension?

Any great PPI tips besides the general walk around from Slee or Consumer Reports? I am much more familiar with the 4.7L in a 100 series and do not know my way around the 5.7 yet.

Thanks!

a lower offset wheel puts a little more stress on the wheel bearings but i doubt it's enough for a noticeable decrease in lifespan of the bearings. the diameter of the wheel won't have any effect on the driveline, the tire however if big enough could cause a difference in the speedo and and put more torque to moving parts or less depending on the diameter of the tire, nothing that i personally would be concerned about one bit. i'd be more cautious as to how much off roading it's been through but with 22"s doubt any

Thanks, do not think it has seen off road ever. Any suggestions on how to look for things related to the engine? I have heard about cam tower leaks and coolant loss under the manifold, seeping water pump, but that's really it.

easy to spot leaks, just get under the car and see if you see white crusted up coolant around the water pump

Or pink crust as the Fluid is pink

Thanks all, truck checked out clean, drove it home 650 miles!
I also was able to examine the KDSS valve screws and they were also unseized. Now to get these unreal 22" wheels and tires off!
