Quarter Wheelhouse Covers Part Number Inquiry

I would like to replace the rear carpets in my 97 40th anniversary LC, including both quarter wheelhouses. I know these are supposedly NLA, which I have been prepared to accept. However, I just looked at the back of mine and both have an attached label with a very clear part number, and these part numbers do not match any part numbers I can find in any parts list. I am sure these are original, so what am I missing?

The attached photo shows the label from the RH side. I cannot find any reference to this part number.

Amayama is one of my main goto sites for parts. If you type in that part number, it comes back "Product not found". That number does not show up anywhere let alone for a carpet.

They are discontinued new from Toyota globally. No one is getting these parts for you new by putting in your basket and away you go. These are all 30+ year old trucks.

You can find used ones (post an ad in the Classifieds section of MUD) or find old stock on some dusty shelf in Yemen, Oman, Qatar, DXB, etc.
