Can someone help me please with the part number for these black side steps? I've searched several websites and all I can find are the aluminum side steps, but not the black ones. Thank you in advance!

Looks like the black rubber coated steel version has been replaced (superceded) by the (plain) aluminum.
Maybe cut a thick rubber sheet to fit, or better, coat with non-skid bedliner??

Thank you very much for your reply. What you say is interesting. However, I still think there should be a part number for those black rubber steel versions. Am I wrong?

Running boards with the plastic/rubber additions were PIO: Port Installed Options: They were added when those vehicles landed into the US before they were delivered to a dealer.

Those running boards were most likely added through Southeast Toyota Distributors or Gulf States Toyota.

You will not find them available for sale from any dealer. They are long gone.

Look for the lx450 running boards. Same as pictured, all black rubber coated.

Thank you so much for the valuable information. I had an unfounded "suspicion" that this was the case, but it was just that: a hunch. Now I have reliable information. Prima.
