Is there a pto winch parts diagram with parts numbers somewhere?
Is this worth pursuing or all parts discontinued?

I am most interested in bushings and seals.

Thanks.

Many seals and gaskets are still available, sheer pins and joints too. I don't have a diagram on the road here but could post one Monday when I'm back in my office if nothing appears sooner.

Thank you Kiwi Calvin!

I'll see if any of these parts exist here or in Japan!

Happy to help...
You will find the bearings and the seals are available over the counter at any good bearing supply agent...
Take along a sample and they will do the rest... If replacing bearings make sure you save the shims so you can set the preload on the bearings....
Gaskets I replaced with a good Locktite sealer.....
No need to goto Toyota..... And a lot cheaper....

Closer inspection reveals that the diagram Calvin posted for me differs from the winch I own.
His winch is newer.
Calvin, I damaged the shims in taking things apart; red RTV sealant acted like glue and caused me to tear them up. If necessary, I can lay some new ones out on shim stock using our school's laser engraver then cut them out myself.

I found the worm shaft bearing numbers on another thread. So far that's it for parts numbers.

Still looking for a diagram. My vehicle is 1988 BJ74. I can't say if the winch is original.

This pic from the manual seems correct; just lacking part numbers.
