Hope all's well. We spoke once before on a similar topic, I think?
I have a blasted and coated satin black shift lever and a NOS lockout I'd be willing to swap for an old style lockout if that suits?
No old style shift knobs and I'll need the NOS later shift knob that's shown in the photo. Do you need the pivot?

Is this what you are talking about?
The knob on the dash is for cable to control the Ramsey PTO winch. First picture is a 1962 dash with the more common drill a hole in the dash to install. Second picture is of a 1970 which a better option of using a bracket to mount below the dash instead of drilling a hole. These knobs are bigger than the one used on the PTO lever until around 73 when the newer smaller was used. Problem is once Toyota changed the design they discontinued the old style. The PTO knob is the same as the one used on the transfer case lever on the FJ25. I can take a picture if needed.
