Well it's for mounting to a transmission at least. I should know, but I think the 25 would need to be all straight cut gears.

It will be until next week until I can check the PTO I currently have out to check but I believe the gears are straight cut. I also think it more square then this one.

Here is a FJ25 PTO unit. Besides the wrong type of gear it also appears the gears would go to deep into the transmission. I would be interested if this fit the H42 but I have a feeling the gear tooth count would be wrong ieven if it did mate to the H42.

This may explain why the gears are a good 1" - 1 1/2" deeper like John says..........advertised as a gearbox for a 14B Dyna:

when I posted the link I didn't pay attention to the fact that it did not suggest what application the PTO box was intended for

it would still be interesting to see whether or not a spacer plate could not function as a duel purpose................, meh who am I kidding about reinventing the wheel. FJ25 owners don't want to pay for OEM items never-less something that doesn't belong
