Look like 35x11.5x18

I emailed Dissent and they were kind enough to reply today even though they are closed. The tires on the OT are indeed 35 11.5 (as OG astutely discovered) with minor inner liner trimming and front mud flap removal - no rubbing on-road - not yet tested for off-road flex.

Dissent does not yet have a release date for the body mount sliders but, said it will be the next item released. 👀

Also, the install documentation has a number of errors in it. They say to measure 16 inches from the windshield, where as the proper install location is 16 inches back from the front of the roof rail on the LX. They also say to tighten the plus nuts to 20 foot inches. I even called support to confirm and they said yes because they read the documentation which is wrong. About 8-10 foot pounds was about right. 20 foot inches was not even enough force to get them started. They also say to use the phillips screws for the front foot because it is closer to the rail, but they did not include any of these with the install kit.
Performed the same install for my '24 LX600, and ran into EXACT same issues, line-for-line. I chalked it up to (possible) roof/bar layout differences between years, but a PITA nonetheless. (Luckily?) They included enough extra bolts of the various lengths, that I didn't have to purchase anything additional to get it installed....

This past week, I added the side panel and some Rotopax gas containers. I had intended to use two 3 gallon but the forward 3 gallon came to far forward and blocked the rear door from opening. So, at least this gives me an extra 4 gallons in this configuration.
Also added the side panels to my '24 600, and have some additional gear to mount.... One mod I did that I love was the Outer Limit Supply Co. quick-release mount + Nanuk case (Amazon) (= much cheaper than the $350 full OLSC solution). Was super-easy, and can be a VERY simple way to grab and go for differing outings (additional base plates that can be mounted to different cases (one for fishing, one first aid, etc, etc) are $70)....

Also added a set of ski racks (more likely to use for fishing poles, for me). Remove the cheap plastic mounting legs, drill holes in the rack base, and mount directly to the rack crossbar...

Dissent has released their no drill roof rack for $2k.
I really like this solution, but for CBI @ 1/2 price (and can't think of any reason I'd want to remove it later....)....

Maybe if they had a side panel solution, but I never saw one for the LX600 and haven't seen chatter on this for the 700H (which I really, really want)...

Perhaps retrofitting the CBI side panels to the Dissent rack is a possibility? Has anyone evaluated for this?

She is almost ready for her first overnight trip. On top is the Roofnext EVO 3 XL rooftop tent. I have a Roofnest Falcon pro on my 100 series. The EVO 3 XL is 8 inches wider and a few longer to make for a much more comfortable sleep for my wife and I. Thank Toyota for AHC, so that this rig fits in my garage with the tent attached.

Looks like having true sliders is out the window for the 700OT - which is a shame considering all other great OEM off-road oriented stuff going on for the platform. You do not have to be climbing the rubicon to appreciate the peace of mind of true sliders. Those steps look nice but will get ripped off pretty quickly when put to the test and cause who knows how much damage to the body of a $120k rig, since they are attached to it.

They're not out, just going to take more time to design. The bummer is that other platforms (250, 4rnr, taco) are getting all the attention so it falls low on the list. It took slee a number of years to release AHC sliders for the 200 IIRC.

Yeah... LX will have a hard time competing against the 250,4R,taco,gx because of the sheer volume. I can see why businesses will be focusing on those.

I do hope so. Hey, maybe it will coincide with the time I can buy one... ;) The way he showed the AHC lines in the video seemed pretty cramped there. Since, you have one, do you see space there for it? What I do not get is that for the 200 LX there are sliders available and it has the same AHC. Did the configuration changed in the 600/700?

The general AHC system placement is the same as the 200.

The 300 series non-AHC sliders utilize the some of the same mounting points as the AHC system, so Slee would basically be starting over at zero for the mounting design.

Adding further context; in the photo below each of these cross members would be in some form of conflict with the AHC system:

The Prinsu rack adds real value with the side panels. 6 gallons of gas on one side and my recovery boards on the other side makes me much more comfortable to go where I like to go. Without the ability to remove the second row seats I needed a solution to store my Max Trax boards. this works. My next step is to complete a drawer system for the rear for the dometic fridge, storage and a house battery which can be quickly charged from the AC outlet in the rear. She is almost ready...

How does it affect fuel economy and wind noise? Not that you'd care that much with 6 more gallons...

Have you done the Devil's Bridge trail yet? We hiked it two weeks ago and I wished I'd driven out there instead of flying...

I go out that forest road all the time, Usually past the Devils bridge turn off and to the end (about 5 miles) to hike the trails deep in the Sacred Mountain wilderness. Almost nobody is encountered out there.

Whole lotta nothing in that response. "Our goal...don't know demand...laser went down...don't know lead times...we are backed up with other orders..."

If anything is going to curtail demand, it's this approach to running a business. These guys have plenty of time to post videos on social, but not actually make the parts they claim to make.

I don't want to be mean or anything, but when I see products openly advertised on Social Media and they mark them as "available" This isn't the kind of response I'd hope for.

I love the design of the locking system their rear bumper swing outs, it's simple, strong, and allows for easy opening and closure. Not something that employs a friction lock or clamp. Their roof rack that doesn't employ drilling is a game changer, really.

And I want the roof rack, I want the rear bumper with swingouts, etc. but I can't seem to get them.|

I rally do like the look and feel of their products and I do hope they figure out logistics because there is alot in their inventory that I wish to purchase.

nice. We turned off at Devil's Bridge to hike up to it but I wondered what was down the other way. Will try that next year when we go back. Devil's Bridge was a little scary for a dad with four young kids bouncing around up there.

I mean, I don’t see anything wrong with their response. It’s a small USA based shop that only wants to deal with shipping to US addresses. Shipping international is a pain and we’re not talking small objects here.
