I was wondering what good price would be for an FJ25 with perfrect sheet metal, 95 % complete including several new parts and a new motor? Any thoughts? Thanks

A picture or two would help out tremendously. The most valuable bits to someone with a 25 would seem to be "minor" items for someone else "front bumper, wipers........etc".
Look through the old for sale posts in the 25 classifieds above, should give you an idea of what's out there. I won't take a shot at a price, but if you're selling you may be disappointed because rare doesn't mean valuable. If you're buying, keep the location secret and be patient.

I live in El Salvador and have found two pretty nice 1958 FJ25s. One has been restored and has some non-original parts, and the owner's asking $7,000; the other is pretty much all original, looks good, and runs well, and is for sale for $6,000 (although I think in both cases the sellers would come down some on the price). Both are softops and neither one has its top, unfortunately. Getting one back home to the U.S. is going to be very expensive, though, if I ship it in an enclosed container.
Both of those would have to be pretty clean for that price, + shipping and import, you might do better shopping here. When are we going to see pictures of your '58 being restored?
