Howdy fam!
After many years of loyal service to our family we're finally going to move on from our beloved Hundy. Still keeping the 80 for now.
High-level overview:

No rust
Well-maintained
Service records from 165k-on, scanned and ready to email
Clean Carfax
Mechanically sound as a pound. Runs like a top
NC emissions and safety inspection passed 03 Aug
No CEL
Grom wireless CarPlay module installed by SoundStation
Subwoofer replacement by SoundStation
Tires 3 years/30k miles wear
AHC removed and replaced with Strutmasters suspension kit installed by Down East Offroad
A/C blows cold
Sunroof functions well, used frequently with no known leaks or clogs
Known issues:
One key fob
Paint flaking on fist-size area of front bumper where bumper shook hands with a parking bollard
Hood chip size of a dime
Plastic trim missing at rear roof rack attachment point
Bumper trailer hitch was mildly out of square when we bought it, no observable damage from below
Front interior door panel damaged from seat belt getting squeezed between seat and door when it closed
Back speaker grill covers need attention (coming off around perimeter)
Back driver's side window rolls up all the way, then comes down 2 inches, can close but you have to inch it up
Age-appropriate rubs, scratches, and wear otherwise
No known fluid leaks
