Having to sell my truck. She has a salvage title, but it was just from a small fender bender. Only damaged the bumper. I bought it back and put an ARB bumper with a Smittybuilt winch in it. Push button floodlight mounted in grill. Heavy duty roof rack. No lockers. Normal engine oil, leaks and paint oxidation. Typical of the year. Very good Interior third row seats are leather other seats are gray cloth. Runs good newer Goodyear all-terrain tires. Asking $5000 firm.

Salvage title could make it tough to get insurance. 🤷🏼‍♂️
Shouldn’t be too tough, my family has had a good number of salvage cars and insurance wasn’t ever really a problem. Passing the light & brake inspection though can be a different story. In CA they’re super strict about it, but it only needs to be done once after it was initially salvaged.

Yes, California is much more difficult in many cases.

everything is more difficult here lol. But yeah, once it’s passed the initial inspection post salvage-ing it’s not any harder to register/insure, or at least that’s been my family’s experience. You’ll likely get hosed though if something bad does happen.
