Pre Road trip checks, inspections, and maintenance

Unfortunately I won’t be making the drive. My unit, in all its wisdom, decided they wanted to schedule training out of nowhere right after thanksgiving so my leave was shortened from 16 to 9 days. So I decided to fly home. Good news the 80 drove perfectly fine for 200 miles to the Houston while getting an atrocious 10.5 mpg shown on the ultra gauge. Thanks to everyone who gave me tips and information. The 80 is currently sitting at duggys garage in Houston and will be getting some maintenance and tlc to the drivetrain.

I just got done LA to seattle. New caster plates and alignment made things more relaxing drive-wise.

15mpg all day. A few climbs with one pass to 4K+. 4.88 and wide
16x10s on 35s. Cruise set at 70. Lovely.
