Pre-purchase inspection in Longview, TX? (3 Viewers)

A shot int he dark, but wondering if anyone lives in or near Longview, TX that can either do an inspection on a LX570 or knows of a PPI service in that area, thanks. I'm considering buying a 2013 LX570 from Peltier Kia. Vehicle history looks good, spent its life in CA and TX. My primary concerns would be ensuring there's no oil leaks, AHC works well, underbody inspection for rust, etc. Thanks

Update: I think I have a local auto repair place able to inspect it.
