Pre-Krawl Hawk Pride Trip 2/28 - 3/02

Looking to see who wants to / can make a pre-Krawl run. Right now, a couple of us are looking at Feb 28 - March 2. Yes, that is the weekend before Mardi Gras. But the next weekend there is an event scheduled at the park and after that we are only 3 weeks before the Krawl. A little to close for another trip for me, especially with planning to go to Jambo only 4 weeks after the Krawl. Any way, let's hear who is interested in making a trip that weekend.

These dates are not set in stone yet. Just trying to figure it out. I'm not much on parades any more and my kids don't really care for them. These dates work for me. Maybe the weekend before this if that's better but prior to that I can't go and like I mentioned in the OP any closer and we are just too close to MK14.

I can probably do the weekend before. I will confirm that today. 2/21-2/23 correct? Are you camping or staying in a hotel?

More than likely we will stay at the microtel down the street. It's gonna be cold I would imagine. And yes, those dates are right.

Well don't change the dates on my account. I am really more interested in trips that will involve camping. If I decide that I can make that weekend work and have the extra cash for a hotel I will join you guys.

Pre-Krawl dates are gonna be 2/28 - 3/02. I will be booking a room at the Microtel later today. If you want to camp, then go for it. The park will be open so there may be other people out there.
