I have a 2011 GX460 and won't be doing much off roading to purchase running board rock sliders. I had a 2016 4Runner before I bought the GX and had some Amp Research power steps installed & was a nice edition when you have a lift on your SUV. I went back to the store where I bought them from & they said they could not be installed on the Lexus...even though IMO they were very similar in length/size. Has anyone else tried to custom fit even though Amp Research does not make them for Lexus? Any recommendations are appreciated. I have searched on Amazon w/o success and searched this forum as well.
