So yesterday I ran into an Issue. Never had this problem before.
None of my power windows in my 2000 LX-470 work. Driver side panel does nothing... I thought it might be the fuses but when I looked into the manual there are other items on the same fueses and they all seem to work fine (moonroof and rear "flip out" windows)...
Any ideas?
I will say I often leave the window lock on as I have 3 kids who like to roll the windows down. Is it possible the switch is "stuck" on? If so would a new switch fix it?

Thanks,
Nick

Can you open the windows from the individual switches on each door? I have a similar problem where my master window switch sometimes doesn't work due to a poor connection in the harness, but it usually goes back to normal after a little jiggling. No matter the case though, I could always open each window using the local (not master) switches.

^^^ I learned that when I had windows tinted, that if one of the plugs had poor or no connection then none of the switches (for that window) would work.

Not really any used for this thread. When my master switch, passenger button is pushed to far up, the window will stop. You can lightly lower the switch and the window will move again.

I will check each door tonight and see if any of them work...
Thanks

Yeah, one of the switches on my main driver's panel for one of the rear windows doesn't work, however the other button that controls the other rear window on my driver's panel seems to operate both windows. It's the strangest thing.

However, both rear windows work properly when using their corresponding rear door controls.

Checked on this today. None of the door switches work on any of the doors. Pulled the fuses just to be sure. All are fine. Any other Ideas?
I thought maybe the window lock could be "stuck" in the on position but the driver door is always bypassed anyway so that should work.

Power Window Problem Update

Update: Finally took it to a buddy with a garage.. He spent most of the day on it (took entire door apart) and finally found that in the rubber boot that connects the door to the rest of the car there was 3 broken wires:doh:. Fixed those and they work like a charm!
Cost me $200.00 but with the inspection included I cant complain..

Thanks,
Nick
