Anyone have any advice on how to remove the power steering hard line that runs along the front cross member? Mine is rusted through in a spot so the whole thing will need to come out and was hoping someone had a nice easy way to replace it! Thanks--Steve

I am not sure you can get the PS cooler tube hard lines anymore new. Might have to get creative. I think the 60's is mounted under the rad and it prolly has to come out to remove the tube. but not sure

The radiator has to come out IIRC. Plenty of guys parting out 60's in the West Coast have them survive intact.

The radiator and all the a/c stuff is off, I just cant seem to get one bolt that is holding that damn thing on somewhere on the front crossmember. I have a new line for it thanks to he PO. He made a new line but just had it attached to the truck with zip ties and left the old one in place>:(

The curse of East Coast rust, huh? :) Rip the old cooler out if you have to, grind the old bolt smooth and drill and tap a new mounting hole if you want to save time.

The east coast plague lives strong on my truck :-\ I'll be the first guy to return my taps to Sears for being worn out when its all said and done :D
