Power seat cap - what does it look like?

Hello all. I moved my PS seat all the way forward to clean out all the petrified french fries and valentine candy from my 4 yr old. Now it won't go back. I'm thinking that cap thingy came out.

What does the cap look like and how much are they if I can't find mine?

It is a little white piece of plastic with an x for a phillips screwdriver to tighten. The bad news... you have to buy the whole assembly, the cap is not sold seperately.

look around the seat, it couldn't have gone far. it goes on the inboard side of the seat. check your vacuum
