1986 HJ60 with 2H engine. Recent issue. Engine is running fine with about 1/2 tank and engine starts to loss power and then stalls out completely and will not restart. As if starved for fuel. I do run a mix of filtered WVO and petro diesel and have been able to get going again when I dump petro diesel in and replace fuel filter. Recent event (again) caused me to drain tank, blow lines clear, replace fuel filter and fill with petro diesel only. Vehicle ran for about 5 miles then same loss of power and stalled out. Manual pump and bleed valve shows no fuel coming out after stalling episode. Fuel pump issue? Help appreciated.

Most likely the hand primer in the fuel pump is leaking air, get it replaced and should be good to go...

Replaced primer pump (looked like great solution) but I am still having same issue. I bleed the system, get her running and it is fine for about 15-20 minutes then there is a loss of fuel to the engine and it dies. Cannot immediate bleed system to get started. Can it be fuel pump? Other place where could be losing pressure?

Air enters probably quietly by the fuel line. The problem can come from the little tube inside the tank ... to the pump.

Use a compressor, pushes air in the tank and someone has to go under the truck to see if there is a hole. A hole in the tube in the tank is more difficult to find ...

As said, sounds like air leak. But... a friend who ran WVO in his had problems with polymerisation of the WVO - thats right, made lots of jelly like plastic in the tank and blocked up everything!!

Appartantly running some petrol (not petro diesel) helps raise the iodine value (a test used to ascertain oxidisation potential of the WVO) and this may stop the polymerisation altogether.

A friend recently had a problem similar to what you decsribe - it was simply vacuum in the fuel tank and he fixed by putting a small hole in his fuel filler cap.
