i just keep thinkin' to my self that i ripped the seller off.............so far.

sweet truck great fuel mileage on the way home and runs superbly. a/c even kicks ass.

only complaint is that the cable for the locker is frozen or the locker is not operating causing the actuator to not work.

and no spare tire.

yeah minor details.:meh:

it looks much better in person.

Congrats!

I'm not going to pick them up for a few weeks...
BTW, does anyone know where John rented that big trailer that he brought to Sicily Island on the 4th of July. I need something that big to bring them both back at once.

Or John, I could just as you...

If you can't get a hold of it let me know I have a 16' double axle trailer and my GMC that I haul my Toyota with if you don't want to wait three weeks to go pick them up.Just throwing it out there for you.

Wow, that an awesome offer of you Albert

I've got the trailer that I pulled my 40 to Sicily with that you can use. If you have big enough truck to pull with I think Tibs trailers will rent you a trailer that will fit both 40's on.

That was my buddy's trailer not sure who has it right now.

Thanks Albert...I should be able to pull them with our family wagon if I can just get a long enough trailer. I am going to use a V8 Nissan Armada that is supposed to be able to pull 9,000 lbs. with the towing package. Does anyone think that they would weigh more than that?

I think you will be fine. I don't know if your trailer has brakes but that would be my only concern....only as far as giving a wider birth to vehicles in front of you. It is 'bout time' we see some pics anyway.:

ya never sole the f250?

is it still for sale?

Never even put a For Sale sign in it... I love the truck. Howver, I guess if someone wanted it maybe. I don't see that happening since GA$ prices...

Hey, your not authorized to post in here until we see pics of the new rig. Are your lockers behaving?

Saw it today... very very very nice deal. Sweet.

...but post some pix :flipoff2:

Armada should be fine. Load them where the weight is centered over the trailer axles best you can. Tow with the over drive off and its a 6 SPD in 5th gear. Going over the BR bridge will test the torque but keep a steady foot on the gas and you'll get over. Avoid the heavy traffic hours so you don't have to stop it though. :) come borrow some extra straps if you need you'll want to tie them down good.

The F250 is awesome of Scott to offer but with the V8 only has a 6000lb tow rating vs your Armadas 9000lb if thats correct I know the Titan is rated for that but usually the SUVs have a lower ratings because of the different gearing. I'm sure you already checked though. I know thats the case with my Dads Tundra vs my Moms Sequioa. 2000lbs difference towing.
