I think you need to shoot her in a different setting. Like the mountians of Arkansas. I'll help with wardrobe!

Randy said to tell everyone hello and sent a link with all the pics from the 62's transformation. Incredible, he said we'll be hearing from him soon and will catchup to us at an event soon.

Thanks Marty! I want to make the 4th of July run if it pans out to be a sure thing. Still have plans for Lucky...Looking at doing coil suspension on stock axles. Dual optima's are done and the dual winches are ready just waiting for the rear bumper fabrication. Ain't no way I will need a truck pulling me back out!

Me and my son were looking through your photo album and he was blown away and asking questions about everything new on it. You got some thumbs up over here. It'll be nice to see it in Sicily for the 4th if I can swing it. I'm going out the Austin area the weekend before so I may just make a day trip to see everyone.

Right on Marty, Glad you all like it. If you get to Austin and find your way close to DFW let me know we can get a bite to eat, I may need to make an Austin trip to meet up with the guys down there for some wrenching advice around that time. Shoot me a call or e mail, Be good to see you again.

OMG! I remember when we test drove this thing to the gas station. Wow.. very nice work. It's just awesome....

Can't imagine how awesome it must look in person.

Where are the BSLCA stickers ??? :D

Bx

Well it used to have a 2 BSLCA stickers on it but when they broke into my truck it was on the DS rear port window. Hence the need for 2 more to replace them! I knew that should have been the first thing I ordered. It has come a long ways from last year. Some of the things have been:

TB Overbore to 74mm
WagonGear panls...Waiting on the tailgate panel.
Snorkel
Dual Optima's with a Mean Green
Rhino lined and sound deadned the interior and all qtr's and panels
Transmission and transfer are all new.
Dual winches but waiting to finish the rear bumper.

Things on the Todolist

Lockers
Coil suspension 6" should do probably go a SLEE set up
Motor...Haven't decided Either build a MAF killer 3FE, Vortec,LS1,or a deisel. But I am really starting to lean towards a 3FE going .40, tricked head and cam, and just to say I did it a 50 shot of nitro or a turbo. Not that I would need it.

Can't wait to get down there and have another cook out. Guess I could bring more Brisket. Unless you all want something different from the Lone Star State...Pulled Pork???? :D

And kjnarmyfj you got one rough job there. Maybe you could do a cruiser calender...But it would have to stay in my garage. :meh:

I have a good lookin gal and an old FJ-40.:D We had talked about this before and I thought a great place for a photo shoot would be around the monastery out by Lake Martin. It has all of the huge live oak trees lining the driveway.
Great idea and you take some great pictures.

maby we can get some crusers ligned up! and ill do it and print em and we can sell them and the money go to help the club ???

A club calendar would be awesome with a few shots of different cruisers in different settings around the state. You could start with a few at Sicily Island next month that place has some unique scenery. That would be a great project
