I am thinking of selling my 66 40 in lieu of something a little more comfortable fot the wife and kids like a 60? I am looking to get around 4.5k for my 40, where is the best place to advertise or sell cruisers? The 40 is all stock with the og three on the tree. have hard top, hard doors and this funk rack set up that holds the hard top when the sides and back are off.

What is the point in selling something you can give to me for free? I mean honestly, that's just a foolish waste of time! Post some pictures up here of it...

Tims a fine guy but I don't wanna pay $100 each for some doors, already spent $360 on my top from him. Hell, a few more bucks I could just buy a parts car.

I hope you sell your rig soon and put that dough in your cruiser. I just sold my patrol in one day at a yard sale. The day after my yard sale I got a call and sold it to someone the saw it. Besides from putting a sign on it I have great luck (4 vehicles ) with the printed/online truck trader

I have had good luck with e bay when I sold a quad and a dune buggy on there. I set my reserve at a decent level, and I think the vehicle is in great shape aside from the funky paint scheme. Everything is original and there is little to no rust. I hope to get the cash soon as I have a line on a 60 from a friend from back east who is storing it here.
