Possible oil leak source. What plate is this? (1 Viewer)

Getting some drops on the garage floor and trying to find the highest point of leak evidence is near this plate with two 12mm nuts holding it in place. Appears to have a gasket behind it. Anyone have a leak behind this? The plate itself is oily and just to the left of it is a significant amount of oil that is running down the block.

haha there was a leak there from a previous life, just permanently stained now.
