I am helping a neighbor build a small detached garage, we have the HOA approvale and permits pulled. I am not sure if I have the time or the desire to pour the slab and wodering if we have any concrete guys who want to bid on it? There will also be a 10X60 drive to follow.
It is a 12X22 monolythic with a 1/8" slope on the slab ( like an attached garage floor). It has good access ( 10" RV gate, straight to the street). So far I have excavated footins and loaded the ABC.
